Mark your calendars for a slow flow yoga class followed by a relaxing sound bath led by community member Lindsay Bordwell. We are so excited that she is offering to host us within her space! Cost will be $10 for an hour session. Please plan to pay upon arrival – cash or Venmo will be accepted. More details to come! Members please RSVP to this event!
